What’s All Involved In Initial Attorney Consultation?

An initial attorney consultation is when you make an appointment to come into our office and meet with one our knowledgeable attorneys or paralegals after you have been injured because of some sort of personal injury. This injury could be from an car wreck, workers’ compensation accident, dog bite, medical malpractice, pharmaceutical  or one of the many other ways that people can be injured because of the negligence of another individual.

What is the charge for an initial consultation?

No charge, we work on a contingency basis. As always, there’s never a fee for our attorney consultation and you don’t pay us until we get a settlement offer for you.

What will happen during this initial consultation?

You will sit down with the attorney or paralegal and tell your story. The intake staff will listen to your story and determine if it a case that this firm will be able to handle. Since we cannot help every one in every situation, below are some of the most common situations where we do help people every day:

  • You were injured on the job
  • You were hurt in an auto accident
  • How you had a slip and fall
  • A vicious dog bite
  • You or a loved one was a victim of medical malpractice
  • How a loved one has been injured by a nursing home negligence

How much time will the initial consultation take?

An initial consultation can take anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes.
